As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, my goal is to guide and empower my clients to better understand their diabetes and feel confident in managing it through education, support, coaching, monitoring, and advocacy. I provide personalized guidance on managing their diabetes through comprehensive education on diet, exercise, medication usage, blood sugar monitoring, and overall lifestyle changes, while offering support and motivation to help them achieve their self-management goals and reduce the risk of complications associated with diabetes. I provide virtual nutrition and diabetes counseling and programs in English and Spanish to individuals currently residing in the states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
