Biography

If you're feeling stressed about your blood glucose numbers, navigating a challenging diagnosis, or just confused about what to eat, I'm glad you're here! As your Registered Dietitian, I like to imagine myself as your guide to filter through all the "diet noise," medical jargon, and food/health narratives so you can feel grounded and clear about what your body needs.

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) with a bachelor's and a master’s degree in Nutrition Science. My approach is weight-inclusive and draws upon intuitive eating and Health at Every Size principles. I emphasize strategies to support long-term health and building a positive relationship with food.

I enjoy collaborating with adults from all walks of life, including those holding neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, and multicultural identities. I’ve also completed a bachelor's degree in Asian Studies, have lived in several Asian countries, and speak Cantonese and conversational Mandarin. I currently provide telehealth services in California, across the US, and Hong Kong. 我識講廣東話,也會説一些國語。

It's important you feel comfortable with any clinician you see, including me! Feel free to book a free, low-pressure 15-minute call to get to know each other and see if we might be a good fit. I'm happy to meet with you and discuss next steps, referrals, or any other resources you might need.
